Bill Tom is the founder and managing principal of Veterans Corporate Real Estate Services, a veteran-owned and minority-owned company. Bill served his country in the Vietnam War.

Bill has transacted a comprehensive range of real estate transactions focused on corporate and government occupier services of office and industrial lease acquisition and restructures, sale/leaseback, asset acquisition, build-to-suit and dispositions. He is an expert in challenged assets; environmental and legacy challenges, assemblage, testing facilities, mining, landfills, permitting, entitlements and incentives. In addition, his expertise includes the monetization of easements, encroachments, rights of way, air rights and mineral rights.

Daniel Nack is a principal of Veterans Corporate Real Estate Services, a veteran-owned and minority-owned company.

Daniel has a broad range of experience including corporate headquarters, office, healthcare and industrial lease acquisition, renewal, restructure, build-to-suit and asset disposition. He has completed transactions in 26 markets across the U.S. including New York City and Chicago, with a total transaction
volume exceeding $750 million.
