VCRE, LLC was formed in February 2018 by William Tom and Daniel Nack after practicing for over 20 years at Cushman & Wakefield and its predecessor companies. It was their goal to build on their substantial experience to form a new firm to serve clients’ real estate requirements with the flexibility and value that only a smaller firm can provide. The firm’s bedrock philosophy is that real estate advisors must be free of conflict, strive to understand their clients’ interests and needs, and pursue them with vigor and commitment.
Managing Principal William Tom is a Vietnam War veteran and the son of a Flying Tiger. As a veteran-owned and minority-owned company, VCRE leverages its extensive national experience and track record to provide real estate services to its clients and as a subcontractor for government services.
